Operation Toofan 2.0

Operation Toofan 2.0  (officially  part of Operation Toofan: The  Narco Hunt) is the second, decentralized phase of Kerala’s  statewide anti-narcotics initiative.  Spearheaded by the Home  Department, Kerala Police, and  the Excise Department in coordination with Local Self-Government institutions, the campaign transitions enforcement efforts into a grassroots, year-long community action model.
